(A)  Yes,we sell them in 83”( 7’0” opening ) and 95” (7’2” to 8’0” opening) in Standard and Heavy Duty.

(Q)   Can the continuous gear hinge be field modified?

(A)   Yes,they can be cut in the field, however any product modifications may void all warranties. If field modifications must be made, cut only the underside or bottom of the hinge.

(A)   The swing clear hinges are used to swing a door completely out of the opening in order to get full use of the available opening. If you have a 36″ door you will get the full 36″ opening to go through. Possibly for something like a wheel chairs.
